NEWLY APPOINTED INDIAN ENVOY CALLS ON NEPAL PM
Kathmandu: Newly appointed Ambassador of India to Nepal, Manjeev Singh Puri, called on Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal on Thursday morning at his official Baluwatar residence and held talks on issues pertaining Indo-Nepal relations.
Nepal Prime Minister Dahal wished the ambassador a successful tenure, the Prime Minister’s secretariat said in a statement.
Manjeev Singh Puri,has succeeded Ranjit Rae as India’s 24th Ambassador to Nepal. He arrived in Kathmandu on Saturday.
