External affairs minister Sushma Swaraj informed that India won’t attend the SAARC summit in Pakistan and unless the near country stops sponsoring terror activities when she welcome Islamabad’s call to make the Kartarpur passageway.
Swaraj declined Islamabad’s invite to witness the ground-breaking ceremony for the passageway and deputed 2 ministers to represent India at the event, same the passageway had been a protracted expected.
