J&K: Encounter underway in Pinglina; 2-3 terrorists believed to be trapped
In Jammu & Kashmir, a gunfight has raged between terrorists and joint team of security forces in South Kashmir’s Pulwama district.
Security forces said a cordon and search operation was launched in Pinglina area of Pulwama district in midnight hours.
As the forces zeroed in on the suspected spot the hiding terrorists fired upon forces indiscriminately triggering gunfight.
Two to three terrorists are believed to be trapped in the area.
