Encounter rages in North Kashmir’s Warpora Sopore area
In Jammu and Kashmir, a gunfight has raged between terrorists and joint team of security forces in Warpora Sopore area of North Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Thursday evening
Earlier, a Cordon Search Operation (CASO) had been launched in the area that turned into an encounter with gunfight going on in the area.Security sources said that at least two terrorists believed to be Lashkar cadres, are trapped and engaged in the gunfight.
There was no immediate report of any fatal or non fatal casualties on either side so far.The authorities snapped mobile internet services in the area as a precautionary security measure.
