Nepal PM KP Oli to attend PM Modi’s swearing-in ceremon

Prime Minister of Nepal, KP Sharma Oli will attend Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s swearing-in ceremony. He will arrive in New Delhi on Thursday.

According to Nepal’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Oli will also have a meeting with Prime Minister Modi. He will be accompanied by his spouse and other high-ranking government officials. Nepalese Prime Minister will return to Kathmandu on Friday.

In line with Government of India’s focus on its ‘Neighbourhood First’ policy, leaders of BIMSTEC Member States have been invited for the Swearing-in ceremony of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

The President of the Kyrgyz Republic, who is the current Chair of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and the Prime Minister of Mauritius, who was the Chief Guest at this year’s Pravasi Bhartiya Divas, have also been invited.
