Shopian Encounter: Two terrorists gunned down

Heavy exchange of fire between security forces and terrorists in Khawjapora Reban area of Shopian in Jammu & Kashmir; two terrorists killed and two to three are still believed to be trapped; Cordon and search Operation underway to flush out hiding terrorists.

Two terrorists were gunned down today during an ongoing encounter between security forces and terrorists at Khawjapora Reban in Shopian district of Jammu and Kashmir.

Cordon and search Operation was launched in the area on basis of specific input. Some more terrorists are believed to be still trapped.
