TRUMP PLANS TO ISSUE NEW EXECUTIVE ORDER ON BAN ON MUSLIM IMMIGRANTS

The administration can raise for a review of the panel’s call by the total ninth Circuit, or it can request intervention by the United States of America Supreme Court, which is still one wanting its traditional complement of 9 members, creating the risk of a 4-4 stalemate.
