PM Modi calls upon BJP MPs to work for people’s welfare
Prime Minister Narendra Modi has called upon BJP MPs to work for people’s welfare.He was addressing at the concluding session of the two-day training programme for party MPs of both the Houses of Parliament in New Delhi
He urged them to shun any negativity and work with a positive mindset so as to win over even those who did not vote for the party.
Quoting Prime Minister Parliamentary Affairs Minister Prahlad Joshi said, PM Modi also said that members’ behaviour should be endear to all. The party has also asked its MPs to carry out Padyatra in their segments to inform voters about various welfare schemes of the government.
In his address at the concluding session of the 2-day training programme for over 380 party lawmakers in New Delhi on Sunday, the Prime Minister also referred to the next Lok Sabha election, scheduled for 2024, and told them to nurse their constituencies in a way that they can retain them on their strength of their work and conduct.
Other senior leaders of the party including Rajnath Singh and Vinay Sahstrubudhe also addressed the training session. The training session was aimed at instilling discipline among MPs and sensitizing them on their conduct inside and outside Parliament.
