Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh will be separate territories

The Narendra Modi government has taken a historic decision regarding Kashmir. The government has introduced the Kashmir Reservation Amendment Bill in the Rajya Sabha today. Under which Article 370 will be abolished. The Home Minister recommended the cancellation of all sections of this article except Article 1 of Article 370 of the Constitution of India. At the same time, the opposition began to protest the government. Opposition leaders have been creating ruckus in the House ever since the bill was introduced. After which the House had to adjourn for a while.

BJP MP from Ladakh Jamayang Tsering Namgyal said, ‘I welcome the bill on behalf of everyone in Ladakh. The people here wanted to make the area a union territory. The people of Ladakh wanted this region to be freed from the dominance and discrimination of Kashmir, which is happening today.

BSP MP Satish Chandra Mishra said in the Rajya Sabha, ‘Our party will support us fully. We want this bill to pass. Our party will not oppose Article 370 and other bills. ‘

According to Rajya Sabha Chairman K Venkaiah Naidu, PDP’s Mir Fayaz and Nazir Ahmed have been asked to leave the House. Both tried to tear down the constitution.

After the postponement, the action of the Rajya Sabha started again. The uproar of opposition parties continues.

Shah recommended the removal of Article 370 from Kashmir. Since then the Opposition parties in the Rajya Sabha are doing a lot of ruckus.

Shah said that from the day the President signs this bill, all sections of Article 370 will not be applicable in Jammu and Kashmir.

Ghulam Nabi Azad said in Parliament, ‘There is a curfew in the entire valley at this time. The politician, which includes three former chief ministers, is currently under house arrest. The state has a war-like situation. Therefore, it should be discussed with priority. ‘
