UN skilled slams Union of Burma govt for worsening rights state of affairs

An independent international organization skilled has criticised the Union of Burma government over the worsening security and human rights state of affairs within the country, language it had been unsatisfying that military regime “tactics” like torture were still being employed.
UN Special Rapporteur Yanghee Lee, when a 12-day visit to Union of Burma, listed a list of issues together with reports of killings, torture, the employment of human shields by security forces, deaths in custody associate degreed an in progress humanitarian crisis for the Rohingya folks and different minorities.

Her own movements, she added, had been severely restricted, and access to crisis-hit areas remained out-of-bounds even to international organisations.
Lee told true of the Rohingya folks from Rakhine State, several of whom are forced from their homes amid reports of grave human rights violations, had hardly improved since her last visit in Jan.
“I still receive reports of violations allegedly committed by security forces throughout operations,” she said.
She further said around a hundred and twenty,000 folks from the world were still living in camps when fleeing their homes, and there was very little prospect of a semipermanent answer.
She will gift a full report back to the international organization General Assembly in Oct on her visit to Union of Burma.
