India refuses to be drawn into any controversy regarding Pakistan’s decision to call its High commissioner for consultations.
India has refused to be drawn into any controversy about the decision by Pakistan to call its High Commissioner to Islamabad for consultations. On the contrary, Ministry for External Affairs has said that many issues faced by Indian staff at the High Commission in Islamabad have not been addressed in a satisfactory way, adding that India does not raise issues via the media.
India also downplayed the statements of visiting foreign dignitaries in Islamabad related to Kashmir, adding that if there is any place on earth that is a den of terrorism it is Pakistan.
