PM Modi, his Italian counterpart hold bilateral talks

Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his Italian counterpart Giuseppe Conte held bilateral talks in New Delhi on Tuesday and discussed a range of issues of mutual interest.

The two leaders reviewed bilateral relations and agreed to work together on expanding our partnership in trade & investment, defence and security, S&T, renewable energy, counter-terrorism, regional and global issues.

The Prime Minister of Italy arrived on a day-long official visit to India this morning.

He is accompanied by a high-level delegation.
